1. Introduction

   1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how MIFLY ( we ) handling your personal information when you use the MAKAR related applications.

   1.2. If you have problems understanding anything in this document, do not hesitate to contact us at infomakar@miflydesign.com.

2. What will you find in this document?

   2.1. Below you will learn why, to what extent, for what purpose and for how long we process your personal data. You will also learn who will have access to your personal data and what your rights are in relation to the processing of the personal data.

   2.2. We respect your right to privacy and, despite the fact that we try to process as much information as possible as anonymised or pseudonymised data, we want you to know that your data is safe with us.

3. What kind of personal data about me are you collecting and why?

   3.1. So that you can play MAKAR related applicaitons and we are able to repair and improve the service, we collect the following data about you: identification data (avatar, nickname or user ID under which you are registered etc.); technical data (data about your device etc.); data concerning your use of MAKAR related applicaitons (when and how and the information about projects). We only use these personal data for the two below-specified purposes: to enable the functioning of MAKAR related applicaitons and to create statistics contributing to the improvement of the service.

   3.2. Firstly, we need your personal data described above (identification data, technical data and game use data) so that the game is functional, including leaderboards etc. The reason for such processing is based on the necessity to fulfill the agreement between you and us.

   3.3. We need to process some of your personal data for our statistical purposes. These include either purely technical data (i.e. information not containing any personal data at all) or the other above-described data in pseudonymised form, that is, highly confidential data to which we assign a special number so that nobody except for us is able to match the data to the existing identifier using the given number. This processing is based on our legitimate interest, which is the continuous improvement of the game. You have the right to object to this processing in the manner described below.

4. What kind of personal data about you are we collecting and why?

   4.1. With regard to the above-mentioned purposes, it is apparent that we do not need your personal data in a form that enables your identification. For this reason, we shall process the information (especially statistics) in aggregated (non-identifiable) form as much as possible, and where this is not possible, we shall process the information in pseudonymised form as much as possible.

5. Do we need your consent for the processing?

   5.1. In fact, we do not need your consent as for all forms of processing, we have other legitimate reasons (because this is necessary for fulfillment of agreement or it is in our legitimate interest).

6. For how long will you retain my personal data?

   6.1. We will keep your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as described above and in accordance with applicable law. Only for the time for which you use MAKAR related applications and at the maximum until you've deleted your account. However, most of the data is kept in aggregate form only (when you cannot be identified) and only for as long as necessary.

7. Do I have to give my personal data to you?

   7.1. If you want to use MAKAR related applications, we need the said personal data as per paragraph 3 above so that we can enable you to play. MAKAR Viewer support non-registered user, but the information about device and projects still be collected.

8. To whom do we transfer your personal data?

   8.1. We have the personal data in our possession for the whole time.

9. What Rights do you have?

   9.1. Content of this section. Having regard to the fact that we process information concerning you, you may assert certain rights about which we want to inform you in this section. You may assert all of the rights in writing at the below-given postal addresses or by email at infomakar@miflydesign.com.

   9.2.Right to access. You have the right to access the processed personal data concerning you.

   9.3. Right to rectification. We only need to process your accurate personal data. You may have the right to the rectification of your personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.

   9.4. Right to delete. You have the right to request that we delete your personal data. You may contact us at infomakar@miflydesign.com.

   9.5. If you think that your personal data are no longer needed for the purpose for which they have been processed or if you believe that your personal data are processed by us illegally, you may request that we delete your personal data. We will delete your personal data, including your account, projects, materials, and any other information related to you. After the data is deleted, you can continue to use our services in guest mode.

   9.6. Right to data portability. Another right that you may assert is the right to data portability based on which we will hand over the personal data provided by you in a commonly used, structured and machine-readable format or, if you require, we will transfer them to another controller of your own choice, where such transfer is technically feasible.

   9.7. Right to complain. To make a complaint about our handling of your information, please write to us at infomakar@miflydesign.com.

10. Personal data security management

    10.1 Our company will establish basic policies to properly manage the personal data we collect and implement rigorous security measures in terms of organization, personnel, physical, and technical aspects. We will review and improve our internal rules and regulations in accordance with changes in applicable laws and social norms to continuously enhance our data protection measures. Once we receive a request from you to delete your account, our company will delete it in accordance with applicable regulations and internal rules after retaining your information for a certain period.

    10.2. Once your account is deleted, we will retain your personal data for a certain period in accordance with applicable regulations and internal policies of our company for the following purposes: 1. To restore your account in response to your request. 2. To resolve disputes or collect fees 3. To reply to your inquiries. 4. To comply with relevant regulations. Upon the expiration of the data retention period set forth in applicable regulations and internal rules of our company, we may render the relevant data associated with your account unidentifiable

    10.3. Account deletion process: Through the MAKAR App: Log in and navigate to "Profile" > "Settings" > "Account Settings" > "Delete Account". Through the MAKAR Web: Log in and navigate to "Profile" > "My Account" > "Delete Account".

11. Other terms

    11.1 If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, or is in violation of any applicable law, the provision is deemed to be deleted, but the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding force.
